Facility Details: Practice in a beautiful medical facility located in the quant village of Lakefield, Ontario. This site is supported by the Morton Community Healthcare Centre Foundation who are willing to complete renovations to suit as well as outfit your office with the required medical equipment. Practice Size: We are seeking individuals who are willing to build a practice from scratch as well as provide fee for service seasonal care to the many cottagers who come to this area.

Qualifications:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution;
• Certification from the College of Family Physician of Canada;
• Practical experience is an asset;
• Licence to practice from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO);
• Membership with the Ontario Medical Association (OMA); and
• Membership in the Canadian Medical Protective Association.
