2011 Annual Report

We are very pleased to post a copy of the 2011 Annual Report from Primary Health Care Services of Peterborough and the Peterborough Networked Family Health Teams.
As you will see we have certainly accomplished a great deal; providing greater access to primary care in our community, strengthening our teams through further multi-disciplinary collaboration and acting as a leader in developing innovative programs to best meet the needs of our community.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our Board of Directors and all members of our family health teams and we look forward to an equally successful 2012.
