(Turnbull Medical Building & Times Square locations)
Permanent part time – 30 hours per week
Monday – 8am – 4pm (Times Square)
Tuesday & Thursday 9am – 5pm (Turnbull)
Wednesday & Friday 9am – 12pm (Turnbull)
DESCRIPTION OF TEAM:
The Peterborough Networked Family Health Teams’ mission is to improve community access to primary care with an overall mandate to keep our residents healthy, reduce wait times, and provide better access to doctors and nurses.
Primary Health Care Services is the parent organization of the Peterborough Networked Family Health Teams and will be your employer. Our five teams include 83 physicians and we are funded for 21 nurse practitioners, 6.2 dietitians, 13 mental health clinicians, 2.9 pharmacists, 24 nurses.
You will be part of the Peterborough Community Family Health Team and will work in collaboration with three physicians, as well as registered nurses, mental health clinicians, a registered dietitian and a pharmacist, to provide comprehensive primary care to the residents of the Peterborough Community.
