Patient Relations

Peterborough Family Health Team (PFHT) is here to provide support and assist with any concerns, suggestions, questions, complaints and other feedback. Providing feedback is very important to us as it allows us to improve the care we are providing.

When you contact us, we will be friendly and courteous to anything you might have to say. We will listen to what you have to say, explain how things work, and ensure your feedback is shared with your health care team.

We will try to address your feedback with your closest health care provider first as they may be able to assist you. If you aren’t satisfied with the outcome you may call us at 705.749.1564 x304 or complete our Patient Relations Form located HERE

We have a formal process for responding to feedback. Feedback will be dealt with within 24-48 hours when provided in-person, via e-mail, or over the phone. Feedback mailed to us will be dealt with within 4 business days. The time it takes to respond will depend on the issue at hand, however every effort will be made to respond to you in a timely manner. Once the issue is resolved you will be contacted.
