Feedback from patients is very important to our organization. It allows us to improve the care we provide. If you have any concerns, suggestions, questions, or just want to reach out to give us feedback on our programs, services, or allied health professionals – please let us know!

When contacting us during business hours you will be directed to a real person. This person will listen to what you have to say, provide any further information you need, and ensure that all feedback is shared with the appropriate people.

If you are reaching out to discuss a health care concern, we will direct you back to your healthcare provider (such as your family doctor or nurse practitioner) as they are the experts.

When calling Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. you will be directed to a person in our office. If you call before 9:00 a.m. or after 4:00 p.m. or during the weekend will reach out voicemail. This voicemail will be checked as soon as we are back and we will follow-up within 2 business days.
