Mental Health Programs

The aim of our mental health programs is to help you learn new skills for managing stress and other life challenges. These programs are led by our mental health clinicians and include:

  • Mindfulness
  • Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
  • Mindfulness Based Chronic Pain Management (MBCPM)
  • Sleepless in Peterborough

Lifestyle choice and changes can improve your health and manage chronic disease. The following nutrition programs are led by our registered dietitians:
