Over the past 5 years, more than 50,000 Canadians have used CoHealth to access trusted and reliable health content and resources for support on their health journeys.

On May 12th the Peterborough Family Health Team received word from CoHealth that unfortunately, due to the impact of COVID-19 on the broader economic environment, it is impossible for them to continue operations. As a result, they will be winding down operations at CoHealth. They will continue to support CoHealth for people who are currently using this platform until the end of June, 2020, at which point the app will be shut down indefinitely.

If you are a current user of the CoHealth app, these steps are recommended:

  1. CoHealth users can export their tracked health measures and all associated notes in their Care Log through the “export” function (top right of the screen), which will allow them to email a report to themselves.
  2. CoHealth users can note or write down activities that they have been managing and tracking in the Activities section to ensure that these are not misplaced
