Connect Clinic Launch Opens the Door to Primary Care for Unattached Patients in Peterborough

The Peterborough Family Health Team (PFHT) is launching the Connect Clinic. This new clinic will help the many people in Peterborough City and County who do not have a family doctor or nurse practitioner. The Connect Clinic will provide care to patients while they wait to get a permanent family doctor or nurse practitioner. Local family doctors and nurse practitioners provide timely access to acute, chronic, and preventative care at the clinic.
