Peterborough Family Health Team
Your care, here in Peterborough — until you have a family doctor or nurse practitioner of your own.
The Connect Clinic is for residents of Peterborough City and County who don't currently have a family doctor or nurse practitioner. We provide real, ongoing primary care — not a quick fix, but a medical home while you wait for permanent attachment.
You will need an OHIP card to access appointments.
Getting Started is Simple
1. Book your intake appointment
Call the clinic or book with our form. Your first appointment lets us start a medical record for you and understand your health history.
2. Meet your care team
You'll receive care from local family doctors, nurse practitioners, and PFHT registered practical nurses — all in person, right here in Peterborough.
3. Receive ongoing care
We maintain your medical record and provide continuous care until you're permanently attached to a family doctor or nurse practitioner. Your chart moves with you.
