Pathways to Well-Being is a six-week journey designed to support you in
exploring and building sustainable habits across four key domains of health and well-being:
stress management, nutrition, movement and self-compassion.

We will meet as a group over six weeks, for one and half to two hours each week. Each week
includes in-session education and activities, and practices you can do between weekly sessions
to support your learning and encourage the change you want to see.

This workshop may be for you if: 

  • You are ready to make a change in your life
  • You can sit or stand in a room for 1.5-2 hours
